Department: Sewer Sales
Position reports to: Sales Manager
Summary:
The Regional Sales Manager will be responsible for offering the best possible customer experience as well as providing hands-on explanations of products. Increase income and revenue by managing and negotiating with clients, generating leads, qualifying prospects and managing sales of products and services.
Job Duties:
1. Establish new accounts by organizing and planning daily work schedule to build on existing or potential sales in the assigned territory.
2. Study the type of sales outlet and adjust content of sales presentations
3. Make and submit orders by referring to product literature and price lists
4. Investigate problems; develop solutions, and make recommendations to management in order to resolve customer complaints.
5. Contribute to team efforts in accomplishing organizational goals.
6. Provide operational and mechanical training for end users
7. Provide accurate and on time quotes
8. Provide demonstrations-walk arounds and demos.
Requirements:
1. Education: Bachelor's degree preferred, or a combination of education and experience
2. Experience: 3-5 years of experience in sales or similar position
3. Other required KSA (Knowledge, Skills & Abilities): Customer service oriented, ability to meet sales goals and prospect, negotiate, and close sales. Strong persistence in dealing with people. Able to manage territory effectively. Strong presentation skills and follow up skills, highly motivated. Proficiency in MS Office.
