Creative Program Manager
- This is a 100% remote

- Remote Creative Program Manager must live in the United States and be authorized to work in the United States
- This is a full-time job as a FriendFinder Networks employee. This is not a C2C, 1099, or Contract to Hire, and is not negotiable.
WHAT WE WANT
FriendFinder Networks is looking for a talented Creative Program Manager who will be responsible for the design queue CRP-DRP workflow and create new buying spec requirements from the marketing/product team. S/he will always need to provide completive analysis results for the marketing and product teams. S/he will develop, test, and assist in implementing design solutions for websites and products used by millions of people every day. Your contributions will ensure the best possible user experience for everyone who views our sites 24 hours a day, every day of the year, all over the world.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Create and drive the Creative Request Projects (CRP) and Develop Request Projects (DRP)
- Participate in production stages with the ad-buy team and obtain marketing requirements
- Create new ad-buy and media spec documents
- Work with the creative team and obtain design directions
- Work and assist the product director with daily tasks
- Deliberate with teams; research competitors’ sites, landers, banners
- Execute completive analysis for product/marketing use
- Work across engineering, marketing, and product development teams to complete the final product
- Collaborate closely across teams to create innovations
- Assist in uploading marketing banners to the internal tool
- Assist in adjusting/scheduling any requisites with an internal tool
WHAT YOU MUST HAVE
- BFA/MFA and/or equivalent work experience
- 5+ years’ media design experience, delivering high-volume, high-profile, websites and/or products; experience with designing mobile products preferred
- Experience with all phases of design; from initial concept to fully realized layout
- You must be comfortable with adult content
- You must be at least 21 years old
WHAT IS PREFERABLE TO HAVE
- ‘Eye for Design’; demonstrated faculties for typography, color, style and trend
- Passion for user-centered/UX design, marketing media
- Familiarity with web, and mobile technology; awareness of the impact on individual feasibility and design solutions
- Demonstrated ability with Adobe Fireworks/Photoshop / Illustrator/Microsoft Office
- Demonstrated ability to drive and applying user-centered design processes while working collaboratively with customers and cross-functional teams (user research, completive analysis)

Salary Ranger DOE: $95,000 to $125,000
