The Opportunity
We are seeking a driven, highly organized self-starter who can make an immediate impact on our marketing department. Reporting to our Director of Operations, the main objective of this position is to develop our marketing infrastructure and drive operational efficiency while managing all client communication and education.
In this role, you will work closely with our sales teams, executive management and software team, and 3rd party vendors to effectively market to clients across multiple divisions. Create and approve content including email campaigns, social media, blog posts, and more

Manage marketing pages, online reviews, and company social media pages

Define event topics as they relate to current real estate and mortgage investing market trends and updates

Assist new realtors with company social media and website set up

Vendor relationship management (Zillow, Realtor.com, Meetup, etc.)

Work with our national real estate and property management team(s) to host local in-person events

Support the day-to-day management of HubSpot, CRM, and other marketing platforms

Identify inefficiencies and create strategies to streamline internal processes and procedures

Manage and attend in-person educational events and online webinars

Build out lead nurture campaigns, drip campaigns, and segmented e-mail marketing

Work closely with executive management to identify and execute initiatives necessary to meet annual company goals

Collaborate with internal teams to drive alignment between marketing and company-wide objectives

Effectively communicate with clients and be the voice of the company

Assist with ad hoc projects across multiple departments

5+ years marketing, social media, and/or operations experience in a fast-paced work environment

Must have a passion for real estate and investing

Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator experience

Outstanding written and verbal communication and storytelling to include email and published content writing

Excellent organization skills, time management, and attention to detail
