General Duties and Responsibilities:
- The Project Manager is the direct managing supervisor of Shift Supervisors and crew members.
- Responsible for scheduling of personnel according to the total hours allocated to the facility.
- Responsible for daily, weekly and monthly reporting on facility cleanliness.
- Responsible for employee safety training, and accident investigations.
- Responsible for monitoring all employee time cards and reporting time schedules to ensure proper payment to personnel.
- Responsible for employee orientation, implementation of Employee Handbook and Safety Program.
- Responsible for interfacing daily with Property Management, walking the facility with Property Operations, and maintaining an open communication policy.
Required Skills:
· Preferred 2+ years of experience as Janitorial Manager
. Experienced in managing budgets, labor schedules, and asset tracking.
. Promptness and timeliness
· Understanding of Operations
· Understands and enforces all company policies and procedures
· Must possess strong verbal and written communication and skills
· Ability to proactively solve problems and to identify opportunities
· Visionary sense of action
· Familiarity with Local, State and Federal employment laws
· Results oriented
· Must have a valid driver's license and dependable transportation

Expectations:
· Weekly monitoring of labor and supply budgets
· Establish and maintain client relations
· Provide monthly status reports of Project work completed to date to Federal Business Services management and client
· Assure proper MSDS of every product is available as needed and that all chemicals are properly labeled
· Ensure safety awareness, OSHA regulations and compliance issues are adhered too
· Proactive identify and manage risk
· Verify all company policies and procedures are being followed
· Submit budget, quality control, and expense reports in a timely manner
Schedule: Tuesday-Saturday, 7am-3:30pm - This position is on call
