Job Responsibilities:
- Check-In Machines: Accurately check in machines for repair, ensuring all necessary information is documented.
- Estimate Preparation: Put together detailed estimates for repair jobs, coordinating with the technical team as needed.
- Customer Communication: Call customers with quotes, providing clear and professional information about the services and costs.
- Parts Ordering: Order parts required for repairs, ensuring timely and efficient procurement.
- Payment Processing: Take in payments from customers, handling transactions accurately and securely.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in an office administration role is preferred.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Proficiency in using office software and systems.
