Besserman Law Office, LLC is hiring an Attorney to handle Missouri and Illinois family law. This firm represents clients in a broad range of diverse and complex divorce and family law matters. Increased case load and growth of the firm have created an exceptional opportunity for a self-motivated and experienced domestic relations litigator. Excellent writing skills and academic credentials are required. That means you won’t be spending your time generating new business but instead can focus on managing your clients’ cases, providing expert strategies, and practicing law. The following are the position responsibilities:
- Proactively manage your assigned family law cases from beginning to end
- Provide outstanding customer service to all clients including timely reports and reviews of cases every two weeks
- Manage Mycase tasks and the case file to ensure performance and track accomplishments and client satisfaction through software including timely responses to Mycase messages and comments from clients and review document uploads within 24-hours of uploading
Applicant are required to have the following:
- Juris Doctorate from an accredited university
- Passed the Bar Exam on the first attempt
- A minimum of 3 years of litigation experience
- 1st chair family law trial experience
- Licensed to practice law in the States of Illinois and Missouri
- Ability to quickly learn new technical programs and software
