About the Role:
We are seeking a Part Time Licensed Insurance Customer Service Agent to join our team in Cuyahoga Falls, OH. This role will involve providing exceptional customer service and support to clients, while also assisting with insurance policy management and sales.
Responsibilities:
- Assist customers with inquiries, claims, and policy changes
- Provide accurate and timely information to clients regarding their insurance coverage
- Identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling insurance products
- Maintain client records and documentation
Requirements:
- Valid Ohio Property & Casualty Insurance License
- Previous experience in customer service or insurance industry preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in computer systems and insurance software
Hours for this position are Monday-Friday 1:00-5:00.
