We are seeking a friendly and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Front Desk Agent. As a Front Desk Agent, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing exceptional service and ensuring a positive experience during their stay. Duties:
- Greet guests with a warm and welcoming demeanor
- Check guests in and out of the hotel efficiently and accurately
- Provide information about hotel amenities, services, and local attractions
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and professionally
- Assist with reservations and room assignments
- Conduct night audit procedures to ensure accurate financial reporting
- Maintain cleanliness and organization at the front desk area
- Operate phone systems and handle incoming calls with proper phone etiquette
- Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure guest satisfaction
- skills are a plus, as you may need to assist international guests
Requirements:
- Previous experience in hospitality or customer service is preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent problem-solving abilities
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficient computer skills, including knowledge of hotel management software
- Bilingual proficiency is advantageous
