Inventory Clerk, Human Ingenuity
About the Role:
Human Ingenuity is a nutraceutical manufacturing company. We are quickly rising in the wellness industry and looking for dynamic individuals to join our growing team! We are looking for an Inventory Clerk to play a crucial role in managing and maintaining accurate inventory records within our manufacturing organization. This position will report directly into our Chief Financial Officer.
Job Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate inventory records and documentation using ERP system and MS Office tools.
- Conduct regular physical inventory counts and reconcile with system records.
- Analyze inventory data to identify discrepancies, trends, and potential issues.
- Collaborate with various departments to ensure optimal inventory levels and minimize stockouts.
- Process inventory transactions, including receipts, issues, and adjustments.
- Assist in the development and implementation of inventory control procedures and best practices.
- Generate and distribute inventory reports to management and relevant stakeholders.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives related to inventory management.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, logistics, or related field is preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in inventory management, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel and Word.
- Experience with ERP systems and inventory management software.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Certification in inventory management or related field (e.g., APICS, ISM).
- Experience with lean manufacturing principles and inventory optimization techniques.
- Knowledge of barcoding and RFID technologies.
- Familiarity with quality control processes and procedures.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $22.00 - $26.00 per hour
