- Wealth Credit Management (WCM) is an integral part of the credit management organization for Global Wealth Management (GWM).

The WCM mandate is to deliver best-in-class credit risk analysis, monitoring, and credit administration to Citi Private Clients globally, partnering with Independent Risk Management.

The WCM Quality Assurance function (QA) verifies that established standards and processes are followed and consistently applied. GWM Management use the results of the quality assurance reviews to assess the quality of the group’s policies, procedures, programs, and practices as relates to end-to-end risk analysis. The results help management identify weaknesses and risks associated with the credit analysis function, training needs, and process deficiencies, among others.

The QA Governance and Strategy Senior Lead manages a team of QA officers, responsible for supporting the timely and proper end-to-end execution of the QA Review function. This is a key role that connects with other QA stakeholders from across different Business Units and lines of defense.

The successful candidate will need to be a self-starter, who can successfully work in a team environment, sometimes under time constraints, and be able to ensure adherence to all processes and procedures.

Job Background/Context:
The Wealth Credit Management (WCM) business of GWM offers a diverse range of lending products including margin and securities-backed finance, commercial and residential real estate finance, aircraft, subscription credit facilities and art-backed finance, among others.
The Quality Assurance Reviewer is responsible for ensuring the Credit Approvals adhere and consistently apply the established policies, standards, and processes. This role supports future career opportunities in the lending space, including underwriting, as well as in control and internal risk review functions across Citi.
Key Responsibilities:

Executing routine and complex Quality Assurance Reviews (testing)
- Creating and updating QAR Report templates

Synthesizing QAR results and preparing quarterly Scorecards

Providing feedback on new or updates to existing assessment document templates and other templates used throughout the WCM QA organization
- Mentoring and coaching other Quality Assurance Reviewers

Leading or participating in QA initiatives and projects

Maintaining the QA database
