Job Summary:
Join our team as a Customer Service Representative where you will be a key player in delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales through effective communication and problem-solving. This role requires proficiency in phone etiquette, upselling, multilingual abilities, and data entry skills.
Responsibilities:
- Communicate with customers via inbound and outbound calling to address inquiries, resolve issues, and promote products or services.
- Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette while maintaining a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Upsell products or services to enhance customer experience
- Provide top-notch customer service by actively listening to customers and offering timely assistance.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in customer service roles (Call Center a plus)
- Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate information clearly and concisely.
- Ability to analyze customer needs and tailor solutions accordingly.
