The Naples Area Board of REALTORS® is seeking a part time administrative assistant to work closely with and support the Chief Administrative Officer. Key duties include, but are not limited to; conference center rental support, facilities support, and professional standards support. Key qualifications required include, but are not limited to, proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (specifically Word, Outlook, and Excel), strong attention to detail, ability to manage sensitive information in an appropriate and confidential manner, ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment, strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills, strong organizational skills, ability to pay close attention to detail, dependable, and excellent customer service skills. This is a part time position offering up to 25 hours per week and may include light evening and weekend on-call support.
