```Duties```
- Perform routine maintenance tasks, including troubleshooting and repairing equipment and systems.
- Conduct inspections to identify potential issues and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
- Respond to maintenance requests in a timely manner and prioritize tasks based on urgency.
- Keep accurate records of maintenance activities, including repairs, replacements, and inspections.
- Collaborate with other team members to coordinate maintenance projects and ensure efficient operations.
```Experience```
- Ideally 2 years of experience in a maintenance role, preferably in a property management setting.
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting directions.
- Excellent customer service skills to interact with residents and external vendors.
- Familiarity with facilities maintenance practices, including HVAC systems, plumbing, and general repairs.
- Ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing.
