Job Description
Position Summary
The Partnership Development Manager will be responsible for outreach to universities and colleges and for the development of agreements governing the transfer of students from Kaplan English programs to post-secondary degree programs. The Partnership Development Manager will work closely with the Head of Partnerships and with other worldwide staff working on higher education programs.
Key job responsibilities include, but not limited to
Securing new agreements with University and College partners in North America
Supporting development of effective marketing initiatives to present our programs effectively.
Coordinate research and data collection to support the creation of effective management reporting and marketing materials.
Building strong relationships with colleagues in KIC North America schools and developing a high level of familiarity with each school's staff and facilities
Encouraging local cooperation between University and College partners and our English language schools at as many levels as possible.
Coordinating agent/business partner familiarization visits to partner universities and colleges in North America
Will involve travel domestically and/or internationally to new and existing Institutions and to key markets to promote our programs and train our partner agents as necessary.

Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent
3+ years in a business or an operational setting
Management experience within the industry
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Self-motivated and able to work effectively with a team
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to handle numerous details
Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and creative thinking abilities
Must be authorized to work in the United States
Preferred Qualifications
Prior experience with international students
Extensive knowledge of US education system
One or more foreign languages
