We are seeking a detail-oriented, customer-focused professional to support our HR team and intern recruiting efforts. Responsibilities include coordinating high-volume interviews, managing candidate travel and expenses, processing onboarding requests, and maintaining confidential records. Ideal candidates will have 2+ years of HR experience, excellent communication skills.
We have both a Coordinator and Entry level openings.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and schedule high-volume audio, virtual, and onsite interviews.
- Manage candidate travel arrangements and expense reimbursements.
- Process new hire onboarding requests and send out candidate/hiring manager correspondence.
- Maintain confidential records and files in recruiting systems.
- Develop and execute staffing and recruiting programs.
- Source candidates and build networks to maintain a strong talent pipeline.
- Pre-screen resumes and evaluate electronic candidate tools.
- Document candidate evaluations and negotiate compensation packages.
- Conduct background checks and manage employment advertising campaigns.
- Support college recruiting, affirmative action, and career development programs.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent and two or more years of progressive experience in human resources administration or a related field.
- A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in Human Resources, Organizational Development, or a related discipline is preferred.
- Equivalent experience or a recognized HR certificate may substitute for education.
- Comprehensive understanding of human resource principles, theories, and concepts.
- Thorough knowledge of HR practices, techniques, and standards.
- Prior corporate talent acquisition or HR experience is preferred.
- Customer-focused with strong problem-solving skills.
- Excellent analytical, verbal, and written communication skills.
- Ability to influence and guide all levels of employees, including senior managers.
