Our Marketing Manager and Sales Admin is responsible for creating and executing a marketing strategy that showcases our value proposition, increases our brand awareness, and generates leads for our sales team. You will be a key player in developing and implementing our digital marketing campaigns, managing our social media platforms, and creating engaging content for our target audiences. You will have the opportunity to collaborate with the sales, product, and operations teams to align our marketing efforts with our business goals and customer needs. You will also work with the Sales Team to create collateral, proposals, and presentations. You will work with the CCO to help manage the sales calendar, help to coordinate meetings and travel as well as help with sales tracking metrics and initiatives.

In this Role, your Responsibilities Will Be:
- Developing and executing a marketing strategy that aligns with our value proposition, business goals, and customer needs.
- Managing and growing our social media presence across various platforms, including LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube.
- Creating and distributing engaging and relevant content for our target audiences, including blog posts, newsletters, case studies, webinars, videos, podcasts, and infographics.
- Monitoring and analyzing the performance of our digital marketing campaigns and social media activities, and optimizing them based on data and feedback.
- Generating and nurturing leads for our sales team through email marketing, landing pages, and lead magnets.
- Collaborating with the sales, product, and operations teams to ensure our marketing efforts are consistent and aligned with our brand voice and values.
- Creating proposals, presentations, and collateral for the sales team.
- Assisting in administrative work for the sales team and CCO.
- Helping coordinate calendars and travel.
- Assisting in the tracking of key sales metrics and initiatives.
For this Role, You Will Need:
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or related field
- Experience as a marketing and social media manager or similar role
- Good working knowledge of digital marketing tools and platforms, such as Google Analytics, HubSpot, WordPress, Mailchimp, Canva, etc.
- Ability to create and execute marketing campaigns and social media strategies that drive results
- Ability to create and distribute engaging and relevant content for various formats and channels
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven mindset
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Skilled at collaborating and working with cross-functional teams
