Responsibilities
- Use an insurance customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate insurance customers about insurance options.
- Understanding and offering recommended additional insurance coverages to existing and new insurance customers
- Quote & Process insurance proposals for new insurance business all lines of insurance products and find a way to close the sale.
- Cross sell added products to existing customers based on a need conversations
- Answer calls from customers promptly and provide a high level of service.
- Review accounts during all communication to maximize discounts and address all insurance gaps in coverages
- Performs timely follow-up and resolution related to potential insurance policies' cancellation
- Completes all insurance items accurately and timely.
Qualifications
- Property and Casualty and Life and Health Insurance Licenses preferred. If not ability to get licensed asap is required.
- Current/recent insurance experience helpful.
