Job Description
Repair Masters is looking for an individual familiar with home inspections and/or make rent-ready. Our turnover specialist will be in charge of inspecting upcoming vacancies to get them ready for the next tenant/move-in.
Duties:
- Inspecting units that are upcoming vacancies and creating a punch list for repairs that are needed to have the property ready for the next tenant
- Checking in on properties while the make-rent ready is in progress to ensure that we are on target to be completed by the ready date.
- Communicating with technicians if items are not done to the satisfaction
- Hitting target deadline dates
- Performing move-in evaluations once all approved items have been completed
- Taking marketing pictures and videos once the properties are ready
- Attending Tuesday meetings to update leasing on the progress of the vacant units
- You will be managing at least 5 projects at a time
Skills
- Must be very detail-oriented, and organized, can multitask, great communication
- Must know about basic construction
- We use Housecall Pro for all scheduling, Zinpsector to perform move-out and move-in evaluations
- Must have previous knowledge of home inspections
- Must have a basic understanding of maintenance items such as plumbing, electrical, drywall, and water damage

- A Clean driving record, clean background, and ability to pass a drug test is a MUST
