General Position Overview:
- Maintain a positive work environment among associates and managers by demonstrating respect, courtesy and offering positive coaching
- Passionate about food, beverage, and hospitality
- Excellent organizational, leadership, and communication skills
- Work directly with Front of House Management
- Oversee all training and development for culinary personal
- Oversee, delegate and follow up on culinary operations at multiple locations
- Perform regular audits of food quality, food safety, and cleanliness
- Maintain Compliance with culinary policies and procedures
- Ability to work under pressure and deal with stressful situations
- Strong work ethic
- Inventory management, negotiate and monitor best pricing and product quality from current vendors
- Problem solving abilities
- Trained in proper sanitation practices
- Strong people skills and able to deal with diverse personalities
- Proven history in building sales
- Oversee staffing and labor costs at multiple locations
