As the Parts Procurement Clerk you will achieves sales goals and administers order management processes for Installation/construction project. You will also identify customer needs and resolve parts or equipment issues with the sale and timely delivery of quality parts and solution offerings. You will report to the Fulfillment Leader.
Responsibilities:
- Identify customer issues and offering timely and quality solutions
- Ensure that problems relating to delivery, quality or pricing are promptly conveyed to the supplier and resolved in a timely manner
- Process orders received from service & installation teams and serve as backup to Service Procurement Team
- Create, maintain, update, and reconcile purchase orders
- Follows purchase order company policies & procedures
- Support orders in inventory, purchasing, pricing, and warranty administration processes
- Review invoices for purchased commodities as required by accounts payable
- Arrange for equipment rentals on installation projects
- Pull Job permits and obtain City Licenses
- Process per diem advances for techs on out-of-town projects
- Setup subcontractor contracts
- Credit Card Transactions and Reconciliations
- Arrange/Process of material transfer to/from warehouse for installation projects
- Support Warehouse as needed for incoming/outgoing construction materials
- Process Office Expenses (Waste Removal, Warehouse repairs, Warehouse equipment repairs, etc.)
- Participate in Annual Warehouse/Truck Inventories
- Additional responsibilities as assigned
Qualifications:
- High school diploma
- 1+ years of related experience
- Ability to successfully manage multiple, competing priorities/task in a fast-paced work environment
- Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong organizational, time management skills
- Flexibility to work outside normal working hours, as required
- Working knowledge of basic refrigeration and/or knowledge of commercial refrigeration and HVAC is preferred
- Ability to deal with customers
- High level of professionalism and diplomacy
