Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting and assisting customers at the checkout counter
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently using cash registers or point-of-sale systems
- Handle cash, credit, and debit card transactions with precision
- Maintain a clean and organized checkout area
- Answer customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints
- Promote and upsell products or services when appropriate
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction
Skills:
- Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks and handle multiple customers simultaneously
- Excellent organizational skills to maintain accurate transaction records
- Proficient in English for effective communication with customers and team members
