The region’s leading network of healthcare providers, Inspira Health, is seeking an IS Networking Manager to join our Information Systems team. In this position, you will oversee the robust infrastructure supporting our four-hospital system. This is a hybrid position, requiring some work at our Bridgeton, NJ location.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a diverse team of engineers responsible for designing, implementing and maintaining secure networks across Inspira Health
- Provide engineer-level architectural and design input to set the strategic direction for the development of data networks and supporting infrastructure environment
- Make recommendations to the Director of Infrastructure for enhancing network infrastructure, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives
- Proactively manage LAN, WAN, WiFi and mobile networks in all office and Point of Service locations, ensuring optimal performance, security and contingency
- Oversee the management and enhancement of Alcatel Lucent, CISCO, Palo Alto Firewalls, core infrastructure, Aruba Wireless Infrastructure, access points, Fortinet SDwan and routing technologies
- Troubleshoot malfunctions of network hardware and/or software applications
- Develop, deploy, maintain and manage Data Network Infrastructure, including capacity management, NOC operational monitoring and off-hours support
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in related field
- Cisco Certified Network Professional required
- 5+ years of experience in network security, architecture and engineering; vendor management; technology integration; and leading a team of at least five full-time employees
- Demonstrated experience in managing the implementation of large-scale network infrastructure based projects
- Demonstrated experience in leading and managing teams of network engineers, with a track record of success in driving projects to completion and achieving organizational goals
- Strong communication, leadership and collaboration skills
