Dagley Insurance Agency, LLC, a comprehensive independent insurance provider, is seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our Service Center Team. The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for answering clients questions, help make coverage selections and be the liaison between the client and the insurance provider.

To the Customer Service Representative (CSR) we offer:

Duties and Responsibilities for the Customer Service Representative (CSR):
- Assist clients in making appropriate coverage changes
- Prepare proposals/applications and submit them to insureds and carriers
- Fulfill client service requests for personal lines insurance accounts in a pleasant, professional and timely manner
- Assist in the marketing of new and renewal personal lines accounts
- Ensure client satisfaction through checking policies, making endorsements, handling cancellations, providing information, answering questions, performing research and reviewing accounts
- Offer additional insurance products to existing and potential customers
- Knows and understands the specifics of package policy products
- Ability to multitask; exceptional attention to detail
- Enjoys working in a team environment
- Strong automation skills emphasizing AMS360 and Google Sheets
- Ability to analyze risk exposures, existing insurance coverages, and develop appropriate recommendations for clients and prospects
Qualifications for Customer Service Representative:
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience handling personal lines accounts
- Must be P&C Licensed
- Bilingual Spanish Speaking preferred
- Must possess integrity, ability and willingness to continue to learn, demonstrates drive and initiative, ambition and a positive attitude
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Must be independent, flexible, self-motivated and have the drive to succeed
