Our team is growing, and we are hiring a number of key positions within our organization including this opportunity at NDX Dental for a Remote CT Case Planner.
The regular hours for this position are 7:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., (4-ten hour days) Monday through Thursday, and subject to change from time to time.

Primary Responsibilities and Essential Functions of the Position:
- Accountable for workflow and assignment of cases meeting due dates.
- Completely read prescriptions and specifications received from clinicians. Clarify questions with leadership.
- Confer with lab technicians and other personnel to refine operating procedures, resolve problematic scenarios, and provide technical information.
- Ensure the workflow process meets Company standards of quality control, production and documentation.
- Personal and extensive VIP treatment to customers in need
- Responsible for creating reports and presentations for project management supervisors and clients as needed.
- Implementation of research into technical plans with the use of planning software and proprietary design methods specific to the business.
- Responsible for clear written communication between the conventional dental lab department and the CT Guided department.
- Ensure the workflow process meets Company standards of quality control, production and documentation.
- All other duties as assigned.
- Daily work duties include, but are not limited to:
- 3D Scanning
- CAD/CAM Design
- CAD/CAM Testing
- Customer Service
- Daily Reporting to Department Manager
Skills and Abilities Required:
- Strong surgical dentistry knowledge
- Familiarity with restorative dentistry
- Must be able to read, write, speak and understand English
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Capable of managing time and working well with others
- Strong problem solving skills, capable of coming up with creative approaches for generating new ideas and improving existing processes or products in the unit.
- Professional skill level in the use of Surgical Planning software
Minimum Education and Experience Required:
- Required: High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Required: Minimum of two (2) years working experience in a dental implant treatment planning, guided surgery, and oral-maxillofacial surgical theories.

- Exhibit fine motor skills and/or perform repetitive motions.
- Read and interpret prescriptions and other required documentation.
