Ideal candidates will possess the following:
- Electrical, plumbing, and carpentry knowledge.
- Can successfully motivate and lead a maintenance team while working closely with the property manager.
- Excellent customer service and positive attitude.
- Able to ensure the completion of market-ready apartments efficiently to company standard.
- Previous multifamily and/or construction experience.
- Ability to be ON CALL on rotation.
