Job Title: Inventory and Executive Support Coordinator
Job Summary: We are looking for a highly organized and proactive individual to join our team as an Inventory and Executive Support Coordinator. This role will involve managing inventory levels, coordinating procurement activities, and providing comprehensive administrative support to the executive team. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate records of inventory levels and monitor stock movements.
- Coordinate procurement activities including vendor sourcing, purchasing, and contract negotiation.
- Provide administrative support to executives, including calendar management and meeting coordination.
- Prepare reports, and correspondence as required.
- Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
- Support special projects and initiatives as assigned.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in inventory management, procurement, or a related field.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and inventory management software.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently.
- Expresses "can-do attitude" and positive mentality
- Trust-worthy and dependable
- Experience using A.I. or ChatGPT is preferred.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $25.00 - $28.00 per hour
Expected hours: 45 per week
