**Office Assistant**
**Overview:**
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Office Assistant to join our fast-growing team. The ideal candidate will provide administrative support, handle clerical tasks, and ensure the smooth running of our office operations. **Duties:**
- Perform general office duties such as answering phones, responding to emails, and managing client files
- Assist with data entry tasks and maintain accurate records
- Provide back-office support to current advisors
- Utilize Microsoft Office for various office tasks and projects
- Handle clerical tasks such as photocopying, scanning, and filing documents
- Knowledge of a wealth management practice is beneficial but not required
**Requirements:**
- Proven experience as an Office Assistant or in a similar role
- Proficiency in using office software applications including Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge of phone systems and handling incoming calls professionally
