**Job Overview:**
We are seeking a dedicated and energetic Team Building Facilitator to join our team! This position will create and facilitate team building experiences for a wide range of populations, from youth sports teams to corporate executives. The right person for this role will be an effective communicator, observer and listener. They are able to think on their feet, come up with creative ideas and comfortably interact with various personality-types.
The ideal person for this role has experience working in a wide range of team settings and gets excited about any opportunity to lead a team building experience that addresses a given team's pain points, improves team culture and leaves the participants with actionable long-term objectives.
**Responsibilities:**
- Create, promote and lead team building experiences for various groups within the Chicago area, especially for those on the West Side.
- Create a curruculum that aligns with the mission and values of Intentional Sports
- Train assistant coaches and collaborate with operational staff to ensure experiences run smoothly
- Collect follow-up surveys to collect data relevant for improving all offerings
-Expand team building at Intentional Sports to fill daytime facility hours
- Maintain contact with customers afterwards, always seeking areas for improvement
**Qualifications:**
- Bachelor’s degree in Sports Management, Education, Psychology, Recreation, or a related field
-Proven experience working on and with teams with a proven track record of developing and implementing successful team building programs
-Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with participants, staff, and community members.
-Minimum of 2+ years of experience in team building, coaching, or facilitation, preferably in a sports or recreation setting.
-Ability to adapt facilitation style to meet the needs of different groups and situations.
- Ability to participate in and demonstrate physical activities as required.
- Excellent leadsership and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with data collection and analysis tools to evaluate program effectiveness
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency in conflict resolution and problem-solving techniques.
**This role will begin as part time, hourly position, that with hard work and execution could soon become a full time, salaried role with benefits**

Pay: From $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 10 – 40 per week
