We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Finance Manager to manage the financial affairs of our CEO/Owner. This role involves providing comprehensive financial management, planning, and advisory services to ensure the CEO/Owner's financial health and long-term stability.
Key Responsibilities:

Financial Planning and Strategy: Develop and implement personalized financial strategies and plans to achieve the CEO/Owner's financial goals.

Investment Management: Oversee and manage the CEO/Owner's investment portfolio, including evaluating opportunities, risks, and performance.

Tax Planning and Compliance: Ensure timely and accurate tax planning, preparation, and filing in compliance with all relevant regulations.

Budgeting and Forecasting: Create and manage detailed budgets and financial forecasts to track spending and savings.

Risk Management: Identify and mitigate financial risks through strategic planning and investment diversification.

Cash Flow Management: Monitor and manage cash flow to ensure liquidity and optimal allocation of funds.

Estate Planning: Work with legal advisors to develop and maintain comprehensive estate plans.

Financial Reporting: Prepare and present detailed financial reports, statements, and analyses to the CEO/Owner.

Debt Management: Oversee and manage any personal debts, ensuring favorable terms and repayment plans.

Philanthropy Management: Assist in managing charitable donations and philanthropic endeavors.

Ad Hoc Projects: Handle special financial projects and tasks as needed.
Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field; MBA or relevant advanced degree preferred.

Big Four (4) experience highly desirable

CPA, CFA, or equivalent certification highly desirable.

Minimum of 7 years of experience in personal financial management, wealth management, or a related field.
