Overview:
Join our team as a Customer Service Representative and be the first point of contact for our valued customers. This role is vital in ensuring customer satisfaction and maintaining positive relationships with our clientele.
Duties:
- Answer incoming customer calls promptly and professionally
- Provide information about products and services, answer inquiries, and address customer concerns
- Utilize phone etiquette to handle customer inquiries effectively
- Upsell products or services to increase revenue
- Conduct outbound calling campaigns to follow up on customer inquiries or promote new offerings
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently
- Collaborate with the sales team to meet customer needs
Qualifications:
- Excellent customer service skills with a focus on resolving issues promptly
- Proficiency in English; bilingual proficiency in Spanish is a plus
- Strong communication skills for interacting with customers and internal teams
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in sales or outbound calling preferred
