About the Role:
We are looking for someone to be our eyes and ears in all our units in the
market, inspecting for damage, conducting quality assurance inspections on
our cleanings, anticipating and reporting potential guest issues, and ensuring
that each guest’s experience is the best in the industry!
Qualifications
- Reliable personal vehicle with car insurance (Required)
- Driver license (Required)
- Smart Phone (willing to download company apps) (Required)
- Willing to travel to different properties on a daily basis (Required)
- Must be willing to undergo and pass a criminal background check
(Required)
- Previous housekeeping lead or housekeeping supervisor experience in
either hotels or short-term rentals (Required)
- A professional with a positive attitude who can work effectively both in
a team environment as well as independently
- Hospitality-oriented and strong customer facing skillsA professional
who can embrace the use of mobile applications and technology; It will
be helpful if familiar with tech devices like (Wi-Fi locks, Smart TVs,
internet routers, other IoT devices)
- Flexible schedule and must be willing to work weekends and some
holidays
- Ability to lift/carry items up to 50 pounds and stand/walk for extended
periods of time
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor housekeeping vendors’ daily progress and inspects all
- completed units to assure that all CozySuites standards have beenmet; when standards have been missed, bring cleaners back to theproperty and coach them on how to correct the deficiency, and ensureprocess compliance in the future
- Coordinate with offsite guest experience team to deliver superior
experiences to guestsguestsdamage of CozySuites propertytightening furniture, changing light bulbs, and changing batteriesfor guests when requestedpreventative maintenance walkthroughs of unitsorderespecially during unit walk-throughslinens and consumables to par levelsmaintenancein timely mannerdo so
- Drive quality outcomes through higher cleaning review scores from
- Report any maintenance issues, safety hazards, security issues or
- Perform light maintenance work such as unclogging or snaking toilets,
- Ensure all units are properly supplied and provide supplies in real-time
- Conduct pre-check in inspections for VIP clients and conduct routine
- Ensure all furniture, appliances and amenities are clean and in working
- Realign furniture and amenities according to prescribed layout,
- Help Ccatalog and restock housekeeping storage inventories with
- Reset smart devices and locks to ensure continued function
- Coordinate with 3rd party vendors regarding cleanings and
- Collaborate with property offices to complete maintenance work orders
- Travel to locations distributed throughout the city
- Occasionally conduct a cleaning if the cleaning vendors are unable to
