Responsibilities:
- Customer Service Excellence: Provide exceptional service to every guest by assisting with product selection, answering questions, and making recommendations based on their needs and preferences.
- Product Knowledge: Stay informed about the current cannabis menu, including various strains, effects, and consumption methods. Educate customers on safe cannabis use and the benefits of different cannabis products.
- Inventory Management: Monitor inventory levels, report any discrepancies, and assist with inventory counts and product restocking.
- Compliance Adherence: Ensure all sales transactions comply with state laws and regulations concerning cannabis sales. Verify customer identification and adhere to all company policies and procedures.
- Store Maintenance: Maintain a clean and organized store environment, ensuring that all displays are attractive and that the store operates efficiently.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with the store team to achieve sales goals, participate in team meetings, and contribute to a positive work environment.
Qualifications:
- Must be 21 years of age or older.
- High school diploma or equivalent; some college or cannabis industry training preferred.
- Previous experience in a retail or customer service role; experience in a cannabis retail environment is a plus.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage customers effectively.
- Understanding of cannabis products and industry regulations.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Must be able to lift 50lbs.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $17.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
