GENERAL JOB SUMMARY:
The Receptionist is responsible for creating a warm, friendly, inviting atmosphere for those visiting the client’s offices including customers, business partners, prospective employees, and vendors.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILTIES
¨ Greet all guest and responsible for creating a warm welcoming experience
¨ Oversee appearance of the reception area; ensuring it is always presentable and ready to welcome visitors, interview candidates and VIP guests
¨ Answer and route phone calls and determine appropriate contacts for callers.
¨ Serve as the point of contact for internal employee badge issues (lost, forgot, faulty/not working)
¨ Manage guest security badges; documenting check-out and check-in and deactivations when security badge or fob is lost.
¨ Perform routine inspections for lobbies, conference rooms and convenience centers and all public use areas; and ensure areas are thoroughly clean and inventories maintained.
SKILLS AND EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS
¨ High School diploma or GED with 3 to 5 years directly related to the duties and responsibilities specified.
¨ Excellent customer service skills.
¨ Strong orientation to detail.
¨ Able to effectively communicate with all levels of the organization.
¨ Able to perform duties under general supervision.
¨ Familiar with basic computer skills.
¨ Proficient in Microsoft Office 365
¨ Good written and oral Communication skills
¨ Able to occasionally lift to 50 lbs
