Old Hickory Management is looking to hire a friendly, outgoing and detail-oriented individual as a Customer Service Representative within our Rent-to-Own company. The position is responsible for answering phones, maintaining up-to-date customer account information, and processing customer payments. Although an entry-level position, the starting compensation is well above minimum wage and there are opportunities for advancement within the company for individuals who provide a positive contribution to the team.

Our Customer Service team prides itself on greeting customer inquiries with a friendly and helpful attitude and finding the answers to our customer’s questions.
Essential Functions:
· Answer the phone in a friendly and helpful manner using a quiet tone as to not disturb co-workers
· Take detailed notes on each customer interaction
· Maintain customer records by updating account information
· Respond promptly to customer inquiries and complaints
· Record details of inquiries, comments and complaints
· Work with Collections to process customers that are past due
· Process payments throughout the day according to company’s productivity standards
· Balance RTO Pro with NetSuite and escalate issues as appropriate
· Periodically enter credit card payments into NetSuite
· Give out payoff requests as requested
· Return all calls and voicemails during shift
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
·Type at least 45 WPM
·Experience using NetSuite preferred
·Knowledge of Microsoft Office products
·Excellent customer service skills
·Ability to multi-task and prioritize
·Ability to work well within a team environment and independently
·Ability to learn new software programs
Education: High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
