Provides support to all areas of Leasing and Rental as needed on a day to day basis.
- Open tickets to add invoices
- Add tasks to tickets as needed
- Close and invoice tickets
- Email customers monthly PM schedule
- Work with customers to schedule unit to come in for PM services
- Apply 3rd party invoices to tickets, create a PO and send to 3rd party*
- Send out the Daily Yard Checks to the "Daily Yard Check" email address
- Send out the Daily Open Ticket Count list
- Create estimates to present to customers
- Microsoft Excel experience required!
- Minimum High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- Ability to work independently, customer service skills, organizational skills, and a positive attitude are required.
- Ability to multitask in a fast paced environment
This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office
equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, and filing cabinets. The employee will be
required to sit at a desk for long periods of time. Some lifting (<25 pounds) may be required.
