Responsibilities:
-
Catering Sales: Store location is check-in site; 9925 US 441, Leesburg, 75% of your time will be spent establishing and networking connections with community business and schools, etc. in person. to increase cater sales. Call on 100+ businesses/schools a quarter in the local area (up to 7 mi).
- Catering Delivery: delivering and facilitating all aspects of the cater order; including the posting of a cater order at the Store.

Follow-up post Cater Order: follow-up calls post cater order and selling bounce back future cater orders.

Coordinating with Store & Kitchen Managers: communicating and coordinating all information pertinent to a cater order and its success with the customer and the Store.

Completing Business Development Call Sheets: complete call sheets on business and schools, etc. that you have in person called on.

On-line and in-Store Training: complete all pertinent on-line and in Store training and any future training necessary to learn and understand new products and Chick-fil-A culture.

Report to Store Manager

Icebreaker Program: already established, will continue and grow as part of networking opportunities and as part of the calling initiative.
Qualifications and Skills:

High Energy Sales Person
-
Minimum of 3 years sales experience.

Work a flexible schedule including nights and Saturdays periodically.

Work a minimum of 30 hours per week; 25% in the restaurant.

Driver’s License and Reliable Transportation.

Adhere to our dress code, including no visible piercings or tattoos
-
Physical ability to lift up to 40lbs, stand for extended periods of time.

Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
