Desired Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Social Work
- Experience in the healthcare industry, preferably as a social worker
- Exceptional presentation skills and organizational abilities
- Familiarity with CRM systems and marketing tools
- Passion for making a difference in the lives of seniors
Responsibilities:
- Identify and engage with local influence centers, including hospitals, nursing homes, and healthcare providers
- Build and manage a database of potential referrers within the community
- Achieve weekly visit frequency with key targets and deliver messaging as per our success proven and easy to follow unique Marketing System.
- Conduct educational training sessions for professionals and families, focusing on home care services
- Collaborate with the office staff to ensure timely initiation of care plans based on client assessments
- Represent Assisting Hands Home Care at trade shows, conferences, and networking events
- Utilize a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system to track leads and follow-up on opportunities
- Submit weekly activity reports and attend regular meetings with the manager to discuss opportunities and referral status
