Job Summary:
We are currently seeking an experienced Community Association Portfolio Manager to oversee a portfolio of residential and/or commercial community associations. The ideal candidate will have at least five years of experience in community association management and a proven track record of success in managing community associations efficiently and effectively. Minimum CMCA certification preferred.
Responsibilities:
-Oversee the day-to-day operations of assigned properties.
-Ensure that all properties are well-maintained and in compliance with local regulations and company standards.
-With guidance by and the direction from the respective Community Board of Directors, coordinate with vendors, contractors, and other service providers to ensure timely completion of maintenance and repair work.
-Prepare and present regular reports on property performance to company management. --Prepare budgets and handle voting for the community.
- Provide exceptional customer service to residents and the board.
- Conduct property inspections.
- Handle resident inquiries, concerns, and requests in a timely and professional manner
- Collaborate with various vendors to address maintenance requests promptly.
Experience:
-Minimum of five years of experience in community association portfolio management, with a focus on residential and/or commercial properties.
-Proficiency in property management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Proven experience in property management, customer service, and conflict management
- Familiarity with property management software such as Vantaca
- Ability to negotiate effectively and resolve conflicts diplomatically
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- CMCA minimum certification preferred
