Overview: Works after production hours to clean and sanitize the facility & production areas.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain reliable attendance, including overtime as needed.
- Ensures compliance with the Company’s HACCP program and FDA requirements as they pertain the GMP’S and housekeeping expectations.
- Clean packaging, cooking and facility equipment using different chemical techniques.
- Disassemble and reassemble equipment for thorough sanitation.
- Adhere to safety and chemical safety standards.
- Perform all equipment cleaning in the plant for all the departments.
- Participate in preparing equipment for pre operational inspection level.
- Responds accordingly to food safety and quality issues.
- Reports issues of food safety and quality to Production Team Lead.
- Informs Team leader of equipment malfunction.

COVERAGE: Back up for vacation and other time away from the facility will be handled by the backup Sanitation Employees or Sanitation leads.
