MUST HAVE AT LEAST 4 YEARS SALES EXPERIENCE
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain a client base through networking and referrals
- Conduct market research to identify potential clients and evaluate their insurance needs
- Assess clients' current insurance coverage and provide suitable recommendations
- Customize insurance programs to suit individual clients' needs and budget
- Provide excellent customer service by promptly addressing client inquiries and concerns
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulations, and changes in insurance policies
- Collaborate with underwriters to negotiate terms and conditions for insurance contracts
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an Insurance Producer or similar role
- Strong knowledge of insurance products, including benefits administration and HIPAA regulations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients
- Strong sales and negotiation skills
- Detail-oriented with the ability to analyze complex information
- Proficient in using computer software for data analysis and client management
