This role involves handling various member inquiries, processing transactions, and promoting our products and services.
**Duties:**
- Assist members with inquiries, account maintenance, and problem resolution
- Process member transactions accurately and efficiently
- Promote credit union products and services to meet member needs
- Utilize basic math skills for cash handling and transactions
- Implement upselling techniques to enhance member experience
- Handle loan origination processes effectively
- Manage customer relationships to ensure satisfaction and retention
- Utilize fraud prevention detection methods to safeguard member accounts
**Qualifications:**
- Previous experience in customer service or retail environment preferred
- Proficiency in cash handling procedures
- Strong relationship management skills
- Knowledge of retail math concepts for sales transactions
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
