The Inbound Sales Call Center Representative is an experienced individual who can assist and manage the intake process. You will provide customer service to both our internal employees and external customers through various activities.
The responsibilities include but are not limited to answering inbound calls, understanding customers' concerns and needs, selling our services to the customer, entering data into Servpro WorkCenter, dispatching leads to the appropriate office personnel, making outbound calls to customers who may have left a voicemail or inquiry, and problem-solving customer complaints.
