Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Administrative/Sales Office Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide administrative support and ensure efficient operation of the office.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and organize office files, documents, and records
- Answer and direct phone calls
- Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
- Coordinate meetings and appointments
- Maintain office supplies inventory
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence
- Perform data entry tasks
- Support the team with various administrative tasks
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an administrative assistant or relevant role
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
