Job Title: Cardiac Sonographer (Basic Level 8967 and Senior Level 8966)
We are seeking both Basic and Senior Level Cardiac Sonographers on behalf of our esteemed client. The successful candidates will be part of a dedicated team committed to providing top-notch healthcare services.
Work Schedule:
Full-time position, Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM. The role requires weekend coverage and rotation on Saturdays.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform adult cardiac echocardiograms
- Provide flexibility in scheduling, with the ability to rotate shifts and cover weekends and holiday work at all UCSF Medical Center locations
Basic Level 8967 Requirements:
- Registered Diagnostic Cardiac Sonographer (RDCS), Registered Cardiac Sonographer (RCS), or Registered Congenital Cardiac Sonographer (RCCS)
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- Graduation from an approved cardiac sonographer training program
- Previous experience performing adult cardiac echocardiograms
- Registry through ARDMS (RDCS) or CCI (RCCS, RCS) within 4 months of onboarding
Senior Level 8966 Requirements:
- Minimum of one (1) year post-graduate experience performing adult cardiac echocardiograms at UCSF or in a similar healthcare setting
- Current registry through ARDMS (RDCS) or CCI (RCS, RCCS, ACS)
- Graduate of a formal accredited ultrasound training program from an approved school
- Academic hospital experience
- Experience with congenital heart disease patients and/or HCM patients
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with adult congenital, structural heart, heart and lung transplant, and advanced heart failure patients. Experience with VAD, ECMO, TAVR, Mitra-Clip, and other advanced therapies is a plus.
- Familiarity with EPIC EMR and Syngo Dynamics system

Pay: $147,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year
