Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Accounting Clerk to join our team. QuickBooks experience is strongly preferred
Duties:
- Enter customer orders
- Generate Customer Invoices
- Create Vendor Purchase Orders
- Make vendor payments
- Manage shipping, create labels, arrange for freight pick-up and International shipping occaisionaly
- Check phones, voice mails
- Check support e-mails
- Customer service, respond to customers emails, voice mails, if approprate, or guide inquiries to the right people internally
- Packaging, assist with packing products
- Purchasing, assist with purchasing
This position has the opportunity to develop into an office manager position for the right candidate. This would include managing all purchasing activites, vendor and customer interaction, payroll, payroll taxes, state and federal tax payments, unemployment and working with our accounting firm to perform some accounting functions.

Pay: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour
