We seek a highly skilled and motivated Business Development Manager to join our team. As the Development Manager, you will not just play a crucial role, but your contributions will directly impact our company's success. You will be overseeing and implementing strategic planning initiatives, managing business development projects, and maintaining strong customer relationships. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales, project management, and customer relationship management.
Duties:
- Develop and implement strategic plans to drive business growth and achieve company objectives
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify new opportunities for expansion
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute sales strategies
- Utilize Salesforce or similar software to track sales activities, analyze data, and generate reports
- Manage and negotiate contracts with clients, vendors, and partners
- Lead and mentor a team of sales professionals to achieve targets and goals
- Oversee the development of marketing materials and campaigns to support business development efforts
- Ensure excellent customer service by maintaining solid relationships with key clients
Experience:
- Proven experience in strategic planning, market analysis, and business development
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce or similar CRM software
- Excellent negotiation skills with the ability to close deals effectively
- Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Exceptional project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
