Job Overview:
We are seeking a talented and experienced Social Media Advertising Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in various forms of paid advertising, organic content creation, and creatives. This role involves developing and implementing strategies and managing campaigns aimed at driving direct conversions.
SquareShark makes custom merchandise for large YouTube channels and business clients, operating as a B2B company. Additionally, we have in-house brands that cater directly to consumers, such as a new DTC plush toy brand we just launched. We are a small team of high-energy, dedicated individuals with a strong attention to detail. Remote work is not available for this position. Applicants must either be local or willing to relocate. This is a long-term career position with room for growth.
Responsibilities:
Develop and Execute Digital Marketing Strategies:
- Create and manage paid social media ad campaigns, scale adspend, and deliver high ROAS and low CAC
- Design and implement paid advertising strategies on platforms like Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok.
- Oversee organic social media content creation and scheduling across all relevant platforms.
Social Media Management:
- Manage and grow social media accounts
- Engage with followers, respond to comments, and foster community growth.
- Monitor social media trends and adjust strategies as needed.
(Preferred - Based on Skillset) Content Creation and Management:
- Develop engaging content (text, image, and video) for marketing campaigns.
- Ensure consistency in brand voice and messaging across all channels.
Requirements / Experience:
- Proven experience (3+ years) in paid ad management and social media management.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Facebook Ads Manager, Instagram, TikTok, etc).
- Familiarity with analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, social media insights).
- Strong creative skills with an eye for design and content creation.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
- Ability to develop and implement innovative marketing strategies.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- High attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Passion for continuous learning and improvement.
