We are seeking a talented Videographer/Producer to take the brand and content to the next level. (No legal or tax experience required.)
Responsibilities:
- Assist with weekly podcast design and production for Executive team members
- Run the studio equipment, sound board, lighting, microphones, cameras and filming for daily videos, lives, trainings, social content, streaming events and interviews
- Responsible for producing engaging content that will be used for learning and development in the MJK certification program
- Assist with technical issues during live and virtual events to create a remarkable experience
- Conduct live event editing for video capture and virtual attendees
- Assist with final video edits with minimal revisions while adhering to tight deadlines
- Facilitate photo support for in-person events
- Collaborate with events team and external A/V team on logistics
- Collaborate with marketing team, graphic designers, copy writers, sales and CS teams
- Build rich storytelling content and drive revenue for our promotions
- Immerse yourself in the business and our competitive market in order to be an effective brand evangelist
- Able to assist with A/V and event production during large events
Requirements:
- Be a great listener and communicator
- Experience directing Executives, Personalities and HNW individuals on best practices while filming (ie. have a thick skin)
- Expert knowledge of video equipment, operation, use, set-up (Black magic pocket 6ks, canon ptz cameras, etc.)
- Be able to troubleshoot on the fly and communicate during high pressure, problem solving situations
- Ability to apply advanced video principles to create engaging content, storyboards, narration, and animations
- Demonstrate expert level understanding of photo principles to capture and edit exciting and dynamic photos of event attendees and Executives
- Ability to organize external harddrives and project folders on Dropbox, Vimeo, GDrive, etc.
- Experience in utilizing audio boards and understanding of lighting principles
- Ability to manage/upload large files/footage drops in GDrive in a timely manner
- Extensive experience with lighting/studio shoots for live shows/photo shoots
- Ability to set up/stage large events spaces to ensure all footage requested is covered
- Ability to follow through with detailed shot lists with quick turnarounds
- Strong experience in project management and multitasking
- Be familiar with social media platform requirements and best practices
- Up to date on current video trends
- Willing to travel to shoot locations (25%)
Experience and Education:
- At least 8 years’ experience of video production
- 6 years' experience in photography
- Adobe Creative Suite, Lightroom, Restream, Riverside, Vimeo, Dropbox, Frameio, OBS, etc.
- Portfolio required
- Television and Agency experience preferred

Pay: $90,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
