```Duties```
- Provide direct patient care under the supervision of a registered nurse or licensed practical nurse
- Assist with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, and feeding
- Take and record vital signs, including temperature, blood pressure, and pulse
- Assist with mobility and transfers, ensuring patient safety
- Administer medications as directed by healthcare professionals
- Monitor patients' condition and report any changes to the nursing staff
- Assist with medical procedures, such as wound care or sterile dressing changes
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical documentation
```Qualifications```
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Completion of a certified nursing assistant (CNA) program
- Current certification as a nursing assistant in the state of employment
- Experience in assisted living or acute care settings preferred
- Knowledge of medical terminology and basic medical procedures
- Familiarity with sterile processing and aseptic technique
- Ability to administer injections and perform IV infusions under supervision
- Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
