Job Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Kitchen Supervisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will be a working and hands on supervisor that will oversee kitchen operations, manage staff, and ensure the highest standards of cleanliness in the kitchens.
Duties:
- Supervise kitchen staff cleaners
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Manage inventory and order supplies as needed
- Train new employees on kitchen procedures and protocols
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment
-MUST be able to supervise 20 employees or more
Experience:
-MUST have MINIMUM of 5 years experience!
- Previous experience in a supervisory role within a hospitality or commercial kitchen setting
- Strong leadership and organizational skills
- Ability to manage and clean kitchens
